This term we have been learning about 'How to save the planet?' To ignite our topic we created our own Eco Warrior costumes and pledged to do one little thing to protect the planet. We collected rubbish from our garden and sorted and recycled it into the correct boxes.
We planted bulbs, seeds and flowers in our garden, worked as a team to improve our outdoor area by making a small world construction area, and we put bark down in the mud kitchen area. We also made habitats for the mini-beasts.
We have learnt about how to protect animals, pollution and the important job of mini-beasts, especially bees. We have followed instructions to make bird feeders, explored shapes and numbers and learnt about life cycles and flowers. What a busy term!
